The year 2016 might go down in history as the year when the world lost not only some of the greatest music icons but also a great deal of common sense and direction. At times it seemed we were moving backwards, not forwards to a brighter future. And if I were only to listen and read what all the “year in retrospect” stories tell me, I could despair. Luckily, the photos taken on our trips this past year tell me a different story. 2016 was actually a very good year and here are some of my favourite images to prove it.
